This is the real secret to Change and the start of inner transformation....

Your life will drastically change and begin to transform when you become conscious of the fact your internal voice, is not who you are, you dont have to listen to it, you don't have to do what it says and you realize that most of the time is not speaking the truth.

When I realized this about 14 years ago my life started to Change dramatically.

Add this to becoming aware of the words comming out of your mouth and starting the practice of observing that inner voice and eventually then seeing patterns of behavior your life will begin to transform!

It's an incredible journey.

An experience I had with helping a spirit to go to the other side.
