40 Before 40: The Comeback Journey
Welcome! My name is Jaymee Grace and I am counting down exactly 101 weeks until I turn 40 on the 25th of April 2028. To celebrate this milestone, I have created an intentional project of 40 life-giving experiences, active adventures, and solo dates.
For a long time, past trauma, low confidence, and fear kept me stuck inside my comfort zone. My mind and body often felt too physically and mentally heavy to try new things out of fear of getting hurt. But I know there is an adventurous, capable side to me that is ready to break through.
This project is my way of actively rewriting the script. It is about stepping out of my comfort zone, rediscovering old sports I naturally enjoyed - like golf, bowls, climbing, and kayaking - conquering fears, and learning to practice deep self-compassion through intentional solo dates.
š¤ How You Can Partner With Me (The Boundaries)
I am working hard to fund this list myself through extra school relief teaching shifts. However, a few supportive people have asked how they can cheer me on.
I have broken my list down below into 'Buy Me a Coffee Tiers'. Supporting in any way allows you to receive something in return to say thank you :)
