Born and raised on a sheep and beef farm in Hawke’s Bay, Chris shares his journey from a tough childhood and a free-spirited youth, through an overseas experience that collided with the Global Financial Crisis, years of hard graft in Australian mines, and the decision to have children and buy a supermarket in Renwick with his partner Pip.
