Some emotionally burn out
Some physically

Point is..
We all have problems
We will always have problems

Went through some hardship, failures, insights, perception changing events. In the end. I realised im just one of many going through life. Same as you, just my version.

Self-reflection:

Its the tool that can both do damage or influence

In one way, it can put you in a self concious, anxiety driven depression of thoughts

In another, it allows you to understand what happen, why you did it, and what you can do better

Both have their space.

Like many tools in life. Its about how you use it
And what you want out of it

Developing high self-awareness is the key to how you use it.

These are great questions to find out where you @

What are my strengths?
What are my weaknesses?
Am i listening or reacting?
What are my deepest concerns or fears?
Whats holding me back?
Whos holding me back?

Remember mental fitness holds the same weight as physical fitness
Strengthen all your pillars, it holds the house (you) up better 👊
