Long awaited and looking forward to it Jane!❤️

Still working on the edit of my forthcoming book, ‘Your Fenomenal Menopause’, and so looking forward to getting it into your hands soon. Being menopausal, it’s a feisty and willful creature that doesn’t stick to the plans or rules and has far too much to say for itself, so it’s taking a while to cut it down to size, LOL. But we’ll keep you posted on its progress, so stay tuned.

SUNDAY 8 MARCH 2026 for girls/children 9-12 years old…. May seem ages away but itll zoom by fast enough and you have it in place!

I have private groups for the rest if the year (none in nov-feb)! I’ll follow up payments in the new year.

Heathcote Valley Community Centre, Christchurch Ōtautahi NZ
10am-4pm (mums or female elder join in at 1pm) Grandma’s also welcome.

Celebration Day for Girls - A one day workshop about the Menstrual Cycle for 9-12 years olds to honour, connect and create knowledge about menarche, menstruation and menopause.
We focus on fun, gentle arts and craft based activities while the wisdom is sprinkled in. We create a relaxed atmosphere, sat in circle with cushions, blankets and Kai. Goodie bags and morning tea included.

At Celebration Day for Girls we want to positively prepare children for menstruation with accurate and realistic models, informing and reframing the narrative, so they can get the best start possible with a relationship to Cycle that may span decades.
Through our Workshops and the conversations they create thereafter we can offer children the key levers for improving menstrual health in their lives by:
* Reducing stigma
* Combating restrictive behavioral expectation
* Improving knowledge
* Social support and pain management
* Self care and trust
* Widening cultural perspectives
