Many anti-India Indian Citizens including people living in many other states criticize Narendra Modi . But one should praise the good actions taken by Narendra Modi. This action of shifting Gold to India from Bank of England proves that Narendra Modi is taking certain actions which are in the interest of India. Many unseen and unknown actions are executed. It may be distributing money to the poor by approving accident insurance, and medical care up to 5.0 lacs for poor and senior citizens above 70 years.

In India, under Narendra Modi's leadership, funds are generated through the reduction of government overheads and the enhancement of efficiency in government departments. This approach is feasible when the leader prioritizes serving the people over electoral success or family profit-making. Narendra Modi has been able to identify selfless political leaders in several Indian states but some states hate him. The habit of corrupt practices induced cannot be whitewashed so easily.

Human beings and many leaders are not angels on this planet. These leaders cannot tolerate the success story of Narendra Modi. I am also not in favour. But I know no other leader, except Narendra Modi, in India as of today cannot face anti-Indian political leaders active inside India and on this planet.

People of Punjab and Kashmir, living in India and Pakistan, and Bengal, living in India and Bangladesh, must learn and think of humanity and should think beyond out-of-the-box alternatives for peace and prosperity for them and for the next generations. Time is changing very fast. Science and technology are helping people to change and adopt a better art of living.

I have always appreciated Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah, and I am proud that my judgment was correct. After winning elections in Jammu and Kashmir, Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah confirmed that J&K is a part of India and a crown of India. I agree with him that India can survive only once all religions are submerged together in Indian culture with the majority of Hindus, Muslims, and Christians.

The time is ripe now when Muslims in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh join together and all these states join and become vibrant parts of Asia. The unity of Asian states is as important as the unity of European states including Scandinavian states and Russia.

This planet is for humanity and people should come forward to unite all religions, castes, colours, and races, though I know many think it is a utopian philosophy. Time is a factor and we all are moving in that direction of United we stand and divided we fall.

MYogiAdityanath and Narendra Modi, are right when they talk about the unity of people "United we stand and divided we fall". Nowhere do these leaders talk and advocate the unity of one caste or one religion. Anti-people, corrupt, and selfish politicians propagate selfish thoughts to woo some people belonging to one race and faith to gain power during elections.

India always stands for सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः तथा वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम (Sarve Bhaventu Sukhina and Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam mean prosperity and happiness to all and one world - one family - one future).

I asked many learned people ambassadors, academics, political leaders of states, and common people whom I met while I traveled. All confirm that we all are moving in that direction, and science and technology are helping people to achieve it.

The world is already a one family. Many advocate for peace and prosperity. Soon young people may come forward and a revolution may unite people on the earth. This movement may eliminate those who are corrupt and advocate negative anti-people policies.

Leaders' Personal interests in wooing voters can cause conflict in International Relations. India is a great vibrant multi-cultural, multi-lingual, multi-regional democracy with one-fifth of the world population. India could maintain democracy and develop. Hunger, illiteracy, and poverty existed before 1947 could be countered by democratic means. The policies of Indian leaders helped to remain democratic.

Jawahar Lal Nehru, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Indira Gandhi, and now
Narendra Modi and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are helping India to progress and be self-reliant in scientific knowledge, technology, and social sciences. This shall enrich culture and pave the way for the New World Order, which advocates a Unipolar World with strong multipolar regions.

Canada and other political and capital elites of rich countries must cooperate with the Indian capital to grow and serve humanity.

People elect legislatures, who are supposed to govern them judiciously in a welfare state, which is protected from external and internal anti-people forces.

Legislatures must formulate policies for the governance of the people.

Executives are selected by a transparent procedure to execute the policies framed by legislatures.

The judiciary is authorized to oversee that the policies are executed by executives.

This is possible only when the governing body takes care of the armed forces and plans for the technical and technological innovation for the best war machinery.

The judiciary cannot interfere with this objective. Executives can help legislatures by providing technical know-how for better governance, which includes financial, technical, legal, and administrative methods.

People are not angels and they are to be overlooked and controlled. The judiciary must not interfere in these matters and the judiciary can not interfere. Even in a legislative assembly, there may be only a few who can maintain a balance between many opinions and adopt the right method which is supposed to be good for the people.

I do not agree with CJI, when he thinks that the judiciary must interfere in governance in providing equitable distribution. "He said while the political executive, directly elected by the people, is the sole authority to decide how natural resources and other tangible and intangible resources are distributed among the people, it is the judiciary which is vested with the responsibility to ensure that the distribution is equitable and not as per the whims and fancies of certain individuals."

I agree there should not be whims and fancies of legislatures or executives. However, the distribution method must be formulated by executives and finalized by the legislatures and judiciary must see that it is executed without any selfish interests.

"Public trust is central to the credibility of the judicial branch, which is otherwise insulated from public opinion in its operations - as it must be. Yet our insulation, which is intrinsic to our independence, provides a crucial need and justification for ensuring public trust in our functioning," he said.

Public trust is needed but it can be achieved if judges act without any selfish interests. Justice delayed is justice denied. CJI must discuss with other experienced judges and must find a solution for the decisions, so that minimum delay is caused. Judges should not only be efficient and intelligent but must be with sound character and reasonably with good background needed for the society. Selection based on caste, creed, and color is not the right criteria.
