🌕 First Day Ceremony at Hallowed Heights : Cacao & Sound Journey
with Lauren Albans & Amanda Jane

You’re warmly invited to an intimate cacao circle and sound journey . A space to soften, reconnect, and remember.

Lauren and Amanda will gently guide you through grounding practices to anchor your nervous system and bring you home to yourself. As the cacao opens your heart and drops you deeper into your body, you’ll be carried into a restorative sound journey with medicine drums and Tibetan bowls - an immersive experience to soothe, release, and listen inward.

✨ Please bring:
• Your own cup for cacao
• A journal and pen (if you’d like to capture insights or reflections)
• Anything that helps you feel warm, held, and comfortable

Spots are limited to 15 to honour the depth and intimacy of this shared space.

Congratulations to our DUX! Following our Senior Prizegiving yesterday, we are delighted to announce our Dux for 2025 is Rupert Heslop. Rupert was awarded the Mathematics Cup for Prize in external Mathematics with Statistics, Prize in Mathematics with Calculus, the Kenwright Trophy for Prize in Physics, the Barrett Cup for Prize in Biology, Prize in Chemistry, the enableMe Business Cup for Prize in Accounting, and Prize in external Digital Technology. Rupert has consistently impressed with his commitment and dedication to achieving to the best of his ability. Special recognition must go to our Proxime Accessit, Isabella McKeefry, whose academic performance this year has been outstanding. Well done to both recipients - well deserved! 🤩👏
