How exciting! I have the honor of playing at The Sauna Fest 25! . Creating a new offering called ELEVATE - weaving together nervous system restoration, a few nourishing yin yoga shapes and then flowing into a drum & bass ecstatic dance set!! I’m so excited… This is an amazing festival, stunning land, heartfelt people, good food, markets, music and loads of workshops - hope to see you on the dance floor!
