Who knew that one of New Zealand’s oldest homesteads is in Central Hawke’s Bay? And who knew that it is still part of a working farm?

To investigate we sent David out to spend a night near Porangahau in a wee place called Wallingford Hawke's Bay NZ.
There he was spoilt with some of the best hosting and dining to be found in Hawke’s Bay, all amid a typical sheep and beef farm.
