Keto dinner, brought to you by my son’s uneaten school yoghurts 😂
I turned them into cheesy garlic naan, served it with curry, and he absolutely inhaled it — no clue he was eating the same yoghurt that came home three days in a row... 👀
Mine? No rice, extra garlic butter and so, so good. 🤤

I’ve always been a massive granola fan, but I don’t have it at breakfast... because I fast until 11. I have it after dinner, like a dessert.☺️

The only problem is, all the keto cereals I like are around $17 for a 400 gram pack. So of course, the obvious option was to make my own chocolatey, delicious keto granola.

I use Ceremonial Cacao for its functional mushroom benefits and that deep, earthy flavour and
Stevia Drops to give it a little sweetness. I also love a little slug of Keto Maple syrup from
which brings even more deliciousness!

Coming off a 36-hour fast, this is my work bento box lunch and my love letter to the keto staples that have kept me steady for years. Prepping ahead like this is how I’ve maintained 40 kilos of weight loss for over two years.

Yes, it’s a solid 690 calories, but it covers breakfast and lunch and keeps me full till dinner with no snacking. I don’t even feel hungry until about 6 p.m.

Inside are Sidecar Mayonnaise, a Keto Food Company sausage, and crunchy Sniks pork crackle — all made right here in New Zealand.

Macros per box: ≈7 g net carbs, 66 g fat, 47 g protein, ≈690 calories.
