We think it is fair to say the inaugural Creep Fest was a roaring success - we showed you some trashy films and you quite literally roared in response!

We could not have asked for a better audience for our first year and cannot wait to see what you creative Creeps submit for next year’s screening. Do your worst!🫣

Thanks again to Family Jewels Records for helping us make it happen and congratulations to Chris Lippiatt on receiving the one and only Total Trash award by ridiculously raucous audience vote. Well deserved 💩🏆

We like to do things a little differently here at Creep Fest and that includes how we acknowledge the efforts of filmmakers who submit to us.

Rather than selecting the ‘best’ of anything, we instead encourage you and your crew to ‘do your worst’, in the hopes of bagging the one and only, extremely prestigious and most revered Total Trash award 🏆

This award will be given to the Trashiest Film of the Year (whatever that means to you), as determined by audience reaction at tonight’s screening - so get ready to clap, cheer, boo, hiss or heckle from your seats for whichever film you think is most deserving. It’s anyone’s for the taking!

Creep Fest screening time is 8:30 tomorrow in Cinema 3 at State Cinemas. Some tickets may say 8:00 but don't worry if you come along early, there'll be time to grab a drink upstairs at Stefano's.

Gary and Mike have been collaborators since establishing Fonetik Films in 1999. They have completed a number of short films, as well as features and documentaries.

A late night car ride on a quiet country road becomes a living nightmare for a young couple when their car inexplicably plunges off the edge of physical reality into a never-ending pitch black void.

The Void will have you perched on the edge of your seat....
