We all need a hobby. Being a stay at home parent, sometimes the only way to release some steam is to annoy them back.

Learning a new language isnt easy, specially when you do it after a certain age(like myself). the awkward moments will happen, just embrace them and enjoy the moment, the more mistakes the faster you learn.

A Story About Me Getting It Wrong First
( The YouTube Parents Toolkit)

I've been a stay-at-home dad for almost ten years now.
When my daughter was around seven, people started telling me she had potential.

She'd been doing cheerleading since she was three, competing since she was five,
and a few parents pulled me aside one day and said she could probably build a following online.

YouTube. Social media. Start early, grow it over time.
So I got curious.

I started researching YouTube channels, growth strategies, all that stuff.
Then I asked my daughter if she wanted to make videos...
..So we started posting shorts and simple tutorials. Cartwheels, bridges, back walkovers.
And slowly… it started growing.

"When It Stopped Being About Her"

That's when my brain switched into strategy mode.
I saw other channels getting less views with way less effort and thought.
If we do this properly, maybe we can really grow this thing.

So I did what I thought a supportive parent should do...

I nearly made my daughter's YouTube channel about me without even noticing.

Not on purpose.
Just slowly, one upload schedule and one thumbnail tweak at a time.

✨10 million views later✨ — she nearly stopped loving it.
That was my wake-up call.

If that is your case, your child really wants to explore YouTube and social media,
I have created "The YouTube Parent Toolkit".

This is not a YouTube growth guide.

It won't teach you algorithms, thumbnails, or how to get more subscribers.
It's something more important than that.

If your child wants to make videos and you want to support them without accidentally taking over,
this toolkit gives you the practical tools to do exactly that.

Built by a parent who helped his child reach 11 million views and 16,000 subscribers,
and nearly destroyed her love for it in the process by doing everything "right."

This is what I wish I'd had from day one.

If you would like to know more, Im gonna leave
the link in the comments section...

Almost 19 years ago I could buy my weekly geoceries for $35, bringing that to 2026 I would have $55 to spend per week and I can tell you already its not gonna cut it...

Don’t Outsource Creativity to AI.🤖

AI can help with direction, research, and feedback, but your voice still matters.

I’ve been thinking a lot about AI lately.
There’s people completely against it, people completely for it, and then there’s people letting AI basically take over their lives and make every decision for them.

I’m somewhere in the middle...

And obviously, I’m speaking from my own little bubble here — as a content creator and a stay-at-home dad trying to make it online by creating content...

AI can do some amazing things for people like us...

But there’s one thing I think people should be careful with: creativity...

But when it comes to showing your vision of the world, your perspective, your side of the story, I still think you should push yourself to actually say what you feel.

Write what you want to write.
Draw what you want to draw.
Make the thing you want to make.

Even if it’s not perfect...

I have written more about that on my latest blog post, if you would like to check it out, Im gonna add the link to the first comment bellow ⬇️⬇️⬇️
