July so far felt like this:
I’ve been sitting with my patterns of overgiving, overcaring and learning where that comes from.
One word kept showing up again and again: boundaries.
Not the walls kind. The clarity kind.
The kind that says: This is what I need to stay well. This is what I’ll no longer negotiate.

And the truth is, it’s been uncomfortable.
Because sometimes the hardest boundary to hold is the one with yourself.

So here’s what I am learning:
Boundaries aren’t just about keeping people out,
They’re about protecting your capacity to stay grounded, connected and well.

If this resonates, let’s talk about it.
✨ what does boundary mean to you?
✨ have you let someone cross a line & why?
✨ what would it take to honour that line next time?

Just something to sit with or share
Because this space is for that too.

Reminder ❤️
Some mondays feel like a fresh start.
Others feel like…just getting through is enough.
Either way, you showed up and that counts.

Over the years, yoga has been boxed into flexibility and shapes. But real yoga? It’s what happens within.
It’s the space you create for yourself to process, to let go, to feel. All the weight we carry mental, emotional, unspoken, yoga gives us a way to come back to ourselves.
So don’t let anyone tell you you’re not “flexible enough” for yoga.
If you can breathe, you can begin. And that’s more than enough.

I never want to be the reason someone's day got worse. That's what I keep coming back to this week.

Been sitting with something deeper: watching my words like they actually matter. Because they do.

Not about being perfect, but about catching myself in those moments right before I say something I can't take back. That split second when I feel the heat rising.

It's humbling how often I still want to react when someone pushes my buttons. But I am learning that pause - that tiny space between feeling triggered and choosing my response - is where the real growth happens.

Some days are better than others. Sometimes that breath i try to take turns into a silent count to ten. Sometimes I still mess up.

But I am noticing the ripple effects of choosing kindness over being right. Of responding instead of reacting.

The ocean, the sky, and a few deep breaths - everything feels right! 🌿🌊

A belly full of happy food = a happy me! 🍓🥣

I've been into this habit of eating a good breakfast and honestly the days I skip it? Headaches, low energy and me questioning all my life choices. 😅

Having a good breakfast to begin with is one of the simplest ways I've found to take care of myself. Sharing what's worked for me, based on my own delicious (and sometimes disastrous) trial and error!

As we step into the new year, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by expectations, new goals, and all the things we "should" be doing. Whether it's pressure to be a better version of ourselves or anxiety about what's ahead, it's important to remember that it's okay to feel uncertain.

This year, let’s choose to approach those feelings with kindness. Yoga isn't just about physical flexibility; it's about mental flexibility too. It’s about learning to breathe through moments of stress, letting go of expectations, and being okay with where we are right now.

So, when the new year anxiety creeps in, remember: it’s okay to take it slow, breathe deeply, and stretch your way into a peaceful mindset. Your journey is your own, and it doesn’t need to be perfect.

Here’s to a year of finding balance, embracing the messy moments, and giving yourself permission to just be. 🧘‍♀️
