Slowly getting back into the groove of training, a few of the boys from work asked if I could teach them kickboxing 🤷 I said sure why not I only done it for nearly 8 to 10 years, I wanted to show them the difference in kicks I'm happy with the results 😵‍💫😁

Achievement unlocked 3rd tab for my white belt in BJJ and what a mental task it was for this tab I had alot of assessment to do and it took a lot of time I'm glad to have got this one. Ive left the hardest to last so need to push that fitness to my limits and break the barriers!

Tonight's montage is quite a special one for once I'm not the star of it 😜, I had the chance to record my daughter first training in youth class and boy she did she go through the ringer 😁 shout out to her coaches & you guys are amazing 🤩

Page 6 - Day 5 of 100 💯 challenge

The reps keep coming it's really wearing me down 😬 in order to complete my training I need to not do daily 💯 challenge so on my MMA training days I'll just do my usual class workouts 😁 nothing changes still will do 100 days let's just see what the body does
