March 2025 is packed with incredible celestial events, and you won’t want to miss these skywatching highlights! 🔭✨

🌍 March 1-4 – The Grand Planetary Alignment Continues
One of the last chances to see all seven planets together in the sky until 2040!

🌕 March 14: Total Lunar Eclipse (Blood Moon)
A mesmerizing Blood Moon will grace the skies! This total lunar eclipse will be visible from the Americas, Antarctica, Alaska, and parts of Africa.

☄️ March 14-15: Ɣ-Normid Meteor Shower
A faint meteor shower producing up to 6 meteors per hour—best viewed before dawn.

✨ March 18-21: Dual Visibility of Venus
Venus will shine in both the morning and evening skies for a few days in the Northern Hemisphere! This won’t happen again until 2033.

🪐 March 23: Saturn’s Ring Plane Crossing
Saturn’s iconic rings will vanish briefly as we see them edge-on from Earth!

🌑 March 29: Partial Solar Eclipse
The Moon will cover up to 93% of the Sun at its peak! 🌞🌑 This eclipse will last nearly four hours, starting at 4:51 AM EDT, and will be visible from parts of the Americas, Europe, and Africa.

'The 9th year anniversary of Franklin Life NZ'
11/11/2024: I set up Franklin Life NZ, 9 years ago to highlight some of the great events we have here in Pukekohe and surrounding suburbs.
The page has 5112 followers in which 72% are female and 26.4% of followers are between the age of 35-44. The highest all time one day reach was 91,000 and the last 28 days reach is 44,303.
The website has had 38,446 visitors and they have 304,908 views. Not bad for 138 posts.
