Jacopo and I had a really fantastic time last weekend at the 1-Day CreationShift. It was a taster for the full 4-day training, and is a super fun and powerful workshop in its own right. I’m already looking forward to offering it again and again, and developing it.

There was time-travelling, big insights, big laughters. At the end one person said “I know I can do what I want to do now! I have been to the future and experienced it, and now I know in my whole body it is possible!”

Another person messaged us after the workshop to say they had had the best night of sleep in a whole year, and that the workshop had been so amazing for them, and even that they had a business idea for us they wanted to talk about!

Now we are 1 month away from delivering the next 4-day training. It has given us such a boost of energy to have great results in the 1-day, to take the momentum into prep for the next 4-day training.

Yoohoo! Exciting times!

They say a picture tells a thousand words, so we hope the photos below give you a glimpse into the energy, depth, and aliveness of CreationShift #1 - the first CreationShift training that took off just two weeks ago!

What did we discover? What are the legends? So much!

We witnessed people’s feelings coming alive, for some after many years of not being able to express some huge stuck emotions. One man became so determined to feel what he had been stuck with, so that it could move and heal. By day 2 his tears and anger came to the surface, and he became another man! Looser, more alive, more connected, more expressive!

We discovered the joy and importance of celebrating our growth. Celebration isn’t just a reward at the end - it brings a kind of completion, renewal, fresh energy and wind in the sails. Sometimes all that is needed is a space where our growth can be expressed and shared with others.

We experienced the freedom and empowerment that comes from experimentation - trying something, discovering what works and what doesn’t through direct experience, adjusting, then trying again! It is incredible how fast we can grow when we let go of needing to get it right the first time.

CreationShift is a doorway to radical responsibility - which is becoming at source of what you create in your life, rather than waiting for life to happen to you. From that place relationships deepen, families transform, communities strengthen and a more authentic and alive culture becomes possible.
