Good evening team,

Tomorrow is the drag racing event, and a reminder that this is a private function, open only to invited guests. Please note that attendance is strictly by invitation only, and those without an invitation will be denied entry at the gate.

If you have received an invitation or have been invited, please ensure you have your invitation readily available on your phone. If you are accompanied by family members, please enter simultaneously and account for them.

Please note that this event has a strict no-club-patches policy, prohibiting the display of any club patches, clothing, or insignia.

Gates will open at 10 am, with earlier access available for those requiring setup. Gates will close at 4:30 pm. The entry fee for racing is $60 (cash only), granting access to race for the entire day. While food trucks may offer EFTPOS facilities, please ensure you have sufficient cash on hand.

Drag racing rules will be provided at registration, and all participants are expected to adhere to these rules.

Let us work together to ensure a fun and safe experience for all.
