Sausage day here at Taupo Farm and Game Meat Processors, we process on average 500-800kgs of sausages a week. Every ones is batch made no mixing peoples together, weather you have 5kgs or 500.
We have a range of different flavour’s check the website. We also do patties, kransky, beirstix, salamis and any other creation you think of we can most likely do.
Bring your trim or whole animals in and we can make something yummy for you and your family

With the Roar in full swing here at Taupo Farm and Game. I thought id share a quick video of some of the process of turning your hard earned catch into something yummy for your family to enjoy, we do the whole process from start to finish can even skin your deer. There is not alot we cant do here so if you want something different or special feel free to talk to the friendly team and we will sort it for you.

Bit of a video from inside the workshop today, boning out some beef, we normally bone all the beef for the week and hang the pieces till the next day then slice it all at once. Every animal we process has its own tree/chain with the customers name on it so there is no confusion. Mince and sausages are all sorted as we go and the mince is packaged last after all the trimming is done.

One of the bigger jobs i have done. 8 beasts at 1 place had a few extra helpers with me which made the job smooth. drove in at 7am and driving back out again at 10 past 9. Couldnt have gone any better really. Give me a call if you need any farm animals processed no job to big or small.
