Chiller is finally empty and were done processing for year. Couple days cleaning and its holiday time 🍻🍻.

Hi All, Firstly would like to thanks everyone who has supported us this year, you guys are awesome. Christmas is quickly approaching and were all looking foward to a well deserved break, we will be closing on Friday the 19th of December and re opening on Monday 5th January, our last day for sausages and small good will be Tuesday 16th December so if your wanting something processed into small goods before them please get it in.
Once again thanks and we will see you all again next year

As part of our commitment to providing the best homekill and wild game processing in the Taupo region we have invested in a new vacuum packer. Now all cuts of meat will be vacuum packed as standard. Including Mince and corned products, only thing we wont vacuum is sausages. Everything is labled with what cut it is. This is a game changer not only for us but most importantly the end customer reciving the product.

We still have some lovely beef coming through at the moment, here are some examples of cuts we dont normally do, T-bone steaks (combo of eye fillet and porterhouse) and some tomahawk steaks (bone in scotch fillet) we can do whole pieces , steaks and anything you like. If its not on our cutting sheet feel free to ask for something a little different.

Here at Taupo Farm and Game meat processors we are allways looking for new ways to bring our customers diffrent options for their meat. We have recently got a meat tenderiser, that will turn some of the lower grade slow cooking steaks (blade, cross cut, silverside etc) into steak that is perfect for bbqing. $4kg for plain tenderised steak as you see here. We are also able to marinade it for you if you wish for $5kg. They are vacum packed with labels on too check it out next time you get a beast processed.
