Room one - best advice I can offer anyone undertaking a ‘live in Reno project’ is start with your bedroom, create yourself a finished cosy space where you can retreat to. Trust me, as exciting as it is, finally being in your own home - it gets very overwhelming living in a ‘work in progress’ especially if neat and tidy is your usual jam 🙈
