The second image is a hook we use in New Zealand with a 40 gram lead weight attached so the hooks sink quickly. Part of the seabird capture avoidance regime we practice.

Just dropped the rig off to Steve at Bay Yamaha here in Papamoa to get its service done. With a busy few weeks under our belts and even more to come over the next months it was perfect timing for our 250 Yamaha to need a service.

She will be ready to rock for the extreme comp next weekend, and the many many hours towing lures over summer.
