Trolling with the traditional hex head albacore lures using barbless hooks. These are the standard rigs used by albacore trollers in New Zealand, the idea behind using barbless hooks is you can unhook the fish quickly and get the lure back in the water quickly during a hot bite.
They also work just fine on Yellowfin tuna.
