A little about me...

At 59, I stand in the sweet spot where wisdom meets vision. My life has been anything but conventional — and that’s my strength. From raising my daughter as a young single mum, to building a flourishing homeopathic practice in New Zealand, to reinventing myself in Australia, I’ve lived through the grit and the growth. Those experiences taught me resilience, creativity, and the importance of community and they’re the very qualities I now bring into my business and leadership.

Health and wellbeing have always been at the core of my life. With well over a decade in natural medicine, and years in both pharmacy and aged care, I’ve learned how vital it is to walk your talk. I am passionate about longevity, natural health, and helping others live vibrantly but I also know that wellness without freedom is only half the story. That’s why I’ve chosen to build leveraged income streams in a wellness-based business that aligns with my values.

My mission is simple: to support women who want more — more time, more choice, more energy, more financial freedom. I know the courage it takes to step outside the 'safe' path and create something of your own, especially later in life. My role as a leader is to walk beside my team, to share what I’ve learned, to help them navigate challenges, and to celebrate their wins. I believe success isn’t meant to be a solo journey; it’s something we rise into together.

What I offer my team is not just business strategy, but genuine mentorship. I bring vision, structure, encouragement, and a fierce belief that it’s never too late to design the life you dream of. Whether it’s through building health-focused income streams, sharing tools for personal growth, or simply holding space for women to step into their power, my goal is to leave a legacy of both love and freedom — for my family, my team, and the generations to come.
