The choices I make can become part of what I teach them, change direction, admit when something is not working and keep learning.

I do not need to pretend I am fearless. I want to show them that fear does not have to make every decision for us.

♻ Breaking a cycle is rarely one dramatic moment.

Sometimes it looks like paying attention to where your money goes.

Sometimes it is learning a skill after the kids are asleep, asking more questions before saying yes, or choosing not to repeat a habit just because it feels familiar.

Most of the work is quiet. Nobody claps for it. The result may not show for a long time.
