Incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to work alongside Farm 4 Life and continue to have amazing mentors in my corner!

Farmings not everyone’s cup of tea but I love what I do and hopefully with abit more hard mahi over the years I’ll smash out my goals

Having the opportunities to progress within the dairy industry comes with the right attitude and questions!
Blown away at the feedback from my On Farm skills day yesterday, being able to showcase small modules that in hopes gave the students an insight to a small portion of the industry!
Being able to relate and listen to young females thinking about entering the industry and seeing them get stuck in and give every module a go was a big motivation!
I’m a big believer on age doesn’t matter, and being able to guide young girls and hopefully motivate them like they do me to make a start in their “career” as not just a “job” but something they can be passionate about.
When I first took on this contract milking position at 19, I didn’t realise how much I would learn and how much being my own cheerleader would get me to where I am today!
Super proud of all the epic students that got amongst every module yesterday!!

Being able to succeed in the industry as a young female and back myself in what I’m doing, really encourages me to provide opportunities for other like minded individuals!
I often get asked, how do you go about jobs that you can’t physically lift? Well like everyone else, we all have our strengths in different places of our career and I personally think by pushing ourselves to think of ways around it, ways to use techniques or technology to get the job done allows us to be no different!
Now I find myself in a position where I can support and guide young individuals coming up the ladder in the industry, which makes me grateful for the endless opportunities I was offered!

I feel absolutely Privileged to have this amazing opportunity to work alongside the Farm 4 Life crew and express why I LOVE what I do and what motivates me as a Young Female in the Dairy Industry.
Being brought up within the Industry allowed me to grasp my goals early on and focus on putting in the hard work from a young age to then lead me on to taking on my first Contract Milking Position at 19.
I have a big passion for the industry and can't wait to express everything it has to offer from my eyes!
