Finding Resonance with the Rhythm of Life.

Such a scrumptious serendipidous synchronicity that my 70th episode brings wisdom from a woman in her 70's.
It was a privilege to talk to Sara Troy who has created a web of wisdom with people around the globe; sharing the trials and triumphs they’ve experienced while on their quest to discover the distinct rhythm of life that makes them feel alive. Sara uses people’s stories to inspire a global network of listeners on her Self Discovery podcast as a way to spread courage and hope to tune into our knowingness and pursue our greatest potential; all part of an organic orchard of wisdom she's grown to nurture and nourish the environment so every soul can choose what makes their soul thrive.

I want to pay tribute to a past guest who I interviewed in May 2022 on my podcast – Sadly, Gary Cook died peacefully at home a few days ago – in the fold of his family and beloved forest.
Though his physical presence will be deeply missed, the magic of the intangible world he shared with us will live on. Our hearts will stay full knowing he’s gone home to a place he briefly experienced during a near death experience 52 years ago – a place he once said he didn’t want to come back from.
