Dahil winter at madalas na foggy sa umaga, narito po ang paalala upang mapalayo tayo sa disgrasya, mga kabayan.

Always turn your headlights on dipped when it’s foggy – this’ll help you see the road and make you more visible.

To state the obvious, fog makes you much less visible to people around you. Many of us have black, silver, grey, or white vehicles which easily blend into fog.

Having your headlights on dipped activates your rear position lights. Together your lights make you much more visible to people behind you and people coming towards you.

Have your headlights dipped, not on full beam. If you use full beam in fog the light will reflect on you which'll make it harder for you to see the road. (Also, it's illegal to use full beam when you’re around other people.)

And you can finally use your fog lights if your vehicle has them! That's why they're called that: Fog lights are there to be used in foggy conditions, rather than in perfectly clear conditions. You must turn your fog lights off as soon as you're out of the fog. It's the law.

Decouple work visas from single employers. Migrant workers must have the right to change jobs freely to escape exploitation, creating a fairer labour market for all.

Scrap this cruel and counterproductive rule. It creates a massive risk of exploitation as migrants scramble to find any way to remain, while simultaneously harming family wellbeing and stripping our industries of the experienced workers they need.
