I love watching myself move in a mirror or camera it’s amazing to see what our bodies look like! Slowly getting my confidence and control with isolations back after 2 c-sections in 2 years! Muscle memory is an amazing thing. I used to belly dance a long time ago. It was great for my isolation work when I started break dancing... Another past life... I love how dancing forms all mix into each other and merge. #dancetherapy For me all my dancing always came back to how I use it in dnb though. I love dnb for that reason as it uses so many genres, the jazz of electronic music it is 🎶
