A Guide to the Different Types of Tuna
Skipjack tuna is found in tropical and subtropical waters, has firm and flaky meat, and a mild and fishy flavour.
Albacore tuna lives in temperate and tropical waters, has tender and flaky, pale white meat, and a mild and delicate flavour.
Yellowfin tuna and Bigeye tuna are both found in tropical and subtropical waters, have tender and meaty, rich, and fatty red flesh, and are often used for sashimi.
Bluefin tuna is found in the Pacific and Atlantic oceans and has rich, buttery, tender, and meaty flesh, commonly used for sushi.

The Yamaha Marine New Zealand Helm Master EX is next-level.
Hooked up to a solid snapper — Dad’s beside me giving the classic “don’t lose it” commentary — and I’m still able to back up, go forward, and even spin the boat while fighting the fish.

Feels like cheating, aye. Smooth, controlled, and makes us look way more pro than we actually are. 😂

Yamaha is doing the heavy lifting as always.
