Something exciting happened this week.

Levi - my very first client - sent me this after a few months of just quietly using the product:

"I have been using my Digital Assistant for over 5 months now and it saves me so much time... I pick up my phone and I have a message with all the info I need to book their appointment. All I do is message them back with a time and it's done. Cheapest receptionist ever!"

Fair question I get a lot - "What if the AI misunderstands the customer or says something dumb?"

Honest answer: it's built to keep things simple and hand off to you fast. It's not trying to close the sale or quote a price - it's finding out what someone needs and getting you the details. If anything's unclear, that's exactly what your callback is for.

People assume the hard part of building this was the AI. Honestly? The AI was the easy bit.

The hard part has been everything around it - pricing it fairly, writing terms that don't screw anyone over, figuring out what tradies actually need versus what sounds impressive in a pitch.

Still learning that part every week.
