I need to share this because it’s ridiculously simple — and it’s how I dropped 31 kilos.
A close friend (she’s a paediatric nurse here in New Zealand) told me about a new discovery being studied. Nothing extreme — just something added with meals, morning and night.
Everything moved fast.
The first week, 4.5 kilos were gone. By week 9, it was 31 kilos down. My face changed first and I finally felt lighter and in control.
My partner is using it too and seeing changes.
