🥜 5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Granola Bars 🍯⁠

Need a quick, easy snack that’s perfect for busy days and those perimenopause cravings? ⁠

These 5-ingredient granola bars are super simple to make, full of energy, and they’ll keep you going strong! ⁠

No more reaching for sugary snacks when the afternoon slump hits.⁠

Ingredients:⁠
2 cups rolled oats ⁠
1/4 tsp cinnamon ⁠
1/4 tsp salt⁠
1/3 cup maple syrup ⁠
3/4 cup peanut butter ⁠

How to make:⁠
Mix the oats, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.⁠
In a separate bowl, warm the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.⁠
Combine everything together and stir well.⁠
Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for 1 hour.⁠
Slice into bars and enjoy!⁠
