Gunpowder... Never-ending issues.
Once again, the USA gunpowder will go up 20% with our next shipment. Nitrocellulose prices are up 30% [surprise, surprise].
This will start affecting ammunition prices.

ADI powders are somewhat sheltered from this as ADI has its own NC plant. ADI is releasing AR2206H this year, but no TrailBoss or the Shotgun and Pistol Powders. It could be late 2025 or 2026 before we can ship in ADI.

Vihtavuori powders are now banned from being exported from the USA.

Magazine storage... this has become very difficult with constant new compliance rules rendering our 3 magazines down to 10% of their old capacity. We are now forced to rent another Magazine and build a new high-capacity magazine well out of the city. None of this comes cheap.

ADI Powder
Finally, our ADI Powder shipment has arrived. There is a very heavy demand for slower-burning powders such as 2217 and 2225, plus 2208.
It could be some time before we see more ADI rifle powders. These powders are by far the best priced on the market with many USA powders nearly 100% more.
Due to Christmas, we have only supplied the lower half of the North Island so far. Mid-Jan will be the rest of the North Island. The South Island in early Feb.

ADI powder is finally on the move since waiting for a ship from May.
If all goes to plan we will be landing a reasonable shipment mid December..and this will make it difficult to spread around NZ before Christmas. Jan-Feb should get it delivered.
Until the ship is on the water quite abit can still go wrong so fingers crossed.
Also costs are up 10% approximately.
Arriving 2207, 2208, 2209, 2213SC, 2217, 2219, 2225, BM1, BM2, BM8208.

2025 could see Trail Boss, APS350, APS450 and 2206H Arriving.

Currently powder is extremely difficult to purchase worldwide. Once here difficulties continue with unworkable regulations, storage issues, EPA and Worksafe rules that are forever changing or very outdated. We try to keep smiling.
