You think you know everything just because you’re the parent?

Think again.

Our kids have a special talent for keeping us humble, making us feel completely out of touch, and dropping random "facts" with total confidence. 🥲

Here are a few gems dropped in my house recently:

From my 4-year-old: Did you know Baby Shark’s first name is actually Brooklyn? I thought it was a classic toddler lie... until I looked it up today and realized it’s actually true. Mind. Blown. 🦈

From my 6-year-old: Did you know Pluto was kicked out of the main planet club because it’s a dwarf planet? Naturally, I asked what a "dwarf planet" means. The answer? "It’s a planet that’s kind of oval." (Completely inaccurate, but 10/10 for creativity 😂).

They keep us running around trying to fact check.🙈

I feel like a broken record lately, but I can’t stop sharing the happy news—I’m expecting four new nieces and nephews in just a month! Three of my close friends and family are pregnant, and my heart is so full.

They say it takes a village, and while mom carries the baby, that little life means the world to so many of us. For our family, it means a whole new crew of cousins and playmates for my boys! I am truly over the moon.

Wishing all my gorgeous preggo mamas a smooth, beautiful birth. I can’t wait for all the sweet baby snuggles!

I spent the weekend putting together a special gift hamper for one of my dearest preggo. As a boy mama, getting to splurge on all things pink was an absolute dream! 🎀
