Dinner tonight,, Bangers and Mash with a twist.
Had a cauliflower that needed to be used so of course we had Cauliflower Mash.
We covered it with caramelised onions and Pepper & Me ‘It’s all Gravy Baby’!!
This was a match made in heaven 🥰

Thermomix®️makes life so easy!!!
In between the bread and loaf I also used the egg boil mode to sort the protein for hubby’s lunch too. This means I can carry on and not worry about them boiling dry 🤭 which we’ve all done 🤣
