أعلن السيد حمد الهاجري المؤسس والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة “سنونو”، عن استحواذ الشركة على شركة “أكيد – Akeed” العمانية بصفقة تبلغ قيمتها 10 ملايين دولار.

وقال الهاجري في حفل ضخم اقيم بهذه المناسبة مساء اليوم “السبت” ، أن هذا الاستحواذ يعد الأول من نوعه لشركة “سنونو” خارج قطر، حيث توسعت في السوق العٌماني، ليصبح اسم شركة “Akeed” بعد صفقة الاستحواذ، “سنونو عُمان “.

Hamad Al-Hajri, founder and CEO of “Sununu”, announced the company’s acquisition of the Omani company “Akeed” in a deal worth 10 million dollars.

Al-Hajri said in a huge ceremony held on this occasion this evening, "Saturday", that this acquisition is the first of its kind for the "Sununu" company outside Qatar, as it expanded in the Omani market, becoming the name of the "Akeed" company after the acquisition, "Sununu Oman".
