Lipedema is something I live with every single day, and the reality is that it can be very painful. ❤️‍🩹

It’s more than just how my body looks. There are days when the pain and discomfort are difficult, but I’m learning to be kind to myself and embrace my body through all of it. 🫶🏾

I’m sharing this because you never truly know what someone is going through behind the scenes. Be kind, be understanding, and never judge a body you don’t have to live in. 🤍
