📚 Grammar Time: A vs. An✨
Have you ever wondered when to use A and AN? 🤔
🔹 A and An are indefinite articles that mean "UN" or "UNA" in Spanish.
✅ They are used with singular countable nouns (sustantivos contables en singular).
📌 Use A before words that begin with a CONSONANT SOUND:
• a book 📖
• a teacher 👩🏫
• a dog 🐶
📌 Use AN before words that begin with a vowel sound:
• an apple 🍎
• an elephant 🐘
• an orange 🍊
⚠️ Remember: It depends on the SOUND, not just the first letter.
