Happy Birthday to our friend Joe Trout, the Toy Man who bleeds Classic Green! Joe, I appreciate you and your friendship over the years and always enjoy hanging out along with calling and texting about life and the Green. What a honor it was earlier this year to visit the New Gen Museum and even stay in the John Deere Suite. Enjoy life to the fullest. This 1935 A has quite a storied past. It was purchased by my parents in-law in December of 1934. They traded four horses plus some cash for this tractor and 2 row cultivator. It has always been in the Walhof family. My husband, Howard, restored this in the 1980’s. It’s in this photo at a plow day in Churchill Montana.
