Don't wait for someone to save you.

This might sound hard to hear, but it's the most important thing you'll ever learn. Nobody is coming to fix your problems, to hand you success, or to make you happy.

That person you've been waiting for—the one who will rescue you—is you.

So, get up.

Stop hoping that something will just happen. Stop waiting for a sign. The strength you need is already inside you. The only way forward is to take the first step yourself.

You are the hero of your own story. Now, it's time to act like it.

Some goodbyes come too soon. It’s hard to understand why people we love can be here one moment and gone the next. The world feels unfair and out of control. I wish I could turn back time to fix things or just get one more moment. This deep sadness is real and true. We miss will miss you so much.

1) Stop looking for who is not looking for you.

(2) Stop begging.

(3) Stop saying more than is necessary.

(4) When people disrespect you, confront them immediately.

(5) Don't eat other people's food more than they eat yours.

(6) Reduce how you visit some people, especially if they don't reciprocate it.

(7) Invest in yourself. Make yourself happy.

(8) Stop entertaining gossip about other people.

(9) Think before you talk. 80% of how people value you is what comes out of your mouth.

(10) Always look your best. Dress the way you should be addressed.

(11) Be an achiever. Get busy with your goals.

(12) Respect your time.

(13) Don't stay in a relationship where you don't feel respected and valued. Walk away.

(14) Learn to spend money on yourself. That's how people will learn to spend on you.

(15) Be scarce sometimes.

(16) Be a giver more than a receiver.

(17) Don't go where you are not invited. And when invited don't overstay your welcome.

(18) Treat people exactly the way they deserve.

(19) Except they owe you money, two call attempts is enough. If they value you they will call you back immediately .

(20) Be good at what you do. Be the best you can be.

It doesn't Matter how many resource you have, If you don't know how to use them, it will never be enough.
If we don't know how to use them, they'll never be enough. This truth applies to each of us and to our nation as a whole. Papua New Guinea is blessed with incredible potential, but its future depends not on what we have, but on what we do with it.

If you're at a crossroads and uncertain about what to pursue, consider this: the most profound journey is the one inward. Pursue yourself.

Think about the power of a single spark: one tree provides material for millions of matchsticks, yet one matchstick can ignite a million trees. This illustrates how easily one negative thought can overshadow a multitude of positive ones. Cultivate your inner strength and protect your mental landscape.

Here's something I want to share from my heart tonight:

I'm afraid for our innocent people here in Enga Province and other Parts of PNG. I fear we might live another 50 years under leaders who are only hungry for power, not for service.

I strongly believe that guns, Cars, money, or even Ma*****na don't make anyone a leader. Real leadership, to me, is about serving our communities, our fellow citizens, not letting them be harmed. I think we desperately need to be more civilized and, more importantly, let the people decide who truly leads them. You can't just declare yourself a leader; that power must come from the people's trust.

I've come to believe that trying to force yourself into power often brings a terrible burden. As I see it, there's a higher power at play – God raises leaders and brings down those who destroy. Chasing overnight millions won't save anyone from the end of their days, nor will it buy them a ticket to a better place.

My simple plea, and what I strive for, is this: Let's play fair, and truly respect our "little people." They are the ones who genuinely need and deserve proper government service. Their well-being should always be our top priority.
