🌟 SPECIAL SCREENING WITH MEDIA TEAM 🎬

Yesterday was a truly special moment for us at Jona Film Production as we hosted a private screening of Plesman 2 for members of the media.

We are grateful to the journalists and media houses who took time out of their busy schedules to watch and support our film. Your feedback and encouragement mean so much to us.

Plesman 2 is more than just a film — it's a national message. A story about tribal conflict, sorcery-related violence, women empowerment, and the vision for a better Papua New Guinea. Thank you for standing with us as we use the power of film to inspire change.

This journey is just beginning — and we’re proud to walk it with you. 🇵🇬🎥

"Some movies entertain you… but this one will change the way you see our nation forever." 🎥🇵🇬

I invited journalist Magnam Tara to watch Plesman 2 because he has always stood with local artists. Today, he wrote words that touched my heart. ❤️

Thank you, Magnam Tara, for your support and for sharing your powerful view of Plesman 2.

Plesman 2 is not just a movie — it’s an educational, motivational, and inspirational call for unity, hope, and change in Papua New Guinea.

This is for our children.
This is for our future.
This is for One People, One Nation, One PNG.

I had the rare privilege of being the first person to attend a private screening of Plesman 2, and as a true Papua New Guinean, I walked out of that room with a full heart and wet eyes.

🇵🇬 God Blessed This Nation — But Are We Protecting His Gift?

Until some people realise how God has blessed this country…
Until some people realise that law and order is everyone’s responsibility, not just the government and leaders…
Until parents realise that discipline starts in the family…

Until then, our law and order problems will never be solved.

Like some say the some leaders has failed this country — but God has never failed this nation. He has blessed us with abundant resources and beauty.
Sadly, some people have failed God through tribal fights, sorcery violence, sorcery-related killings, gender-based violence, and armed robberies.

Kokopo is not only a tourism hotspot, it is also one of PNG’s main cocoa-producing regions — a place where visitors come for our beauty and farmers work hard to produce world-class cocoa.
When crime strikes here, it damages tourism, threatens agriculture, and weakens the economy that feeds thousands of families.

It’s time we take responsibility as citizens, unite as one people, and protect the blessings God has given us.

These are not actors — these are real street kids in downtown Port Moresby.

Because of parents’ ignorance, they became victims. They didn’t ask to be born — you brought them into this world, yet you let them suffer.

Today, they beg on the streets. Tomorrow, they could be leaders, doctors, engineers… if we give them education and hope.

Ignore them now, and we are not just abandoning a child — we are abandoning our nation’s future.

During the shoot, I heard their stories… and my heart was bleeding.

Plesman 2 is a warning and a call: Save the child today, save Papua New Guinea tomorrow.

No child left behind.

"I may not be a citizen, but my heart beats for Papua New Guinea." 🇵🇬

The second trailer of Plesman 2 shows exactly what this film is all about.

Last year, Plesman 1 highlighted how agriculture, livestock, and tourism can create jobs and reduce crime. Every landowner can be a job creator, not a job seeker.

Plesman 2 goes deeper — founding fathers’ dreams, tribal conflict, sorcery-related violence, rural development, women’s empowerment, and our path towards Vision 2050.

I made this film with no sponsors, no funding — only love for this beautiful nation.
Love has no border, language, race, or religion.

We plan to release it on Papua New Guinea’s 50th Independence Day Anniversary — and I hope it happens with the support of government agencies and NGOs.

I am not making this for entertainment like Hollywood or Bollywood movies. I am making it to change mindsets, inspire unity, and bring out the true potential of our people. 🇵🇬
More updates coming soon.

Yesterday will be remembered as a milestone in our filmmaking journey.
Standing beside two great leaders — Mr. Jerry Ubase, Secretary for Community Development & Religion, and Mr. Jim Ambani, Chief Censor — I received the official PGR Censorship Certificate for Plesman 2.

They spoke from the heart, appreciating Plesman 1 & Plesman 2 for the positive impact they bring… for touching lives, breaking barriers, and helping change the mindsets of our people.

The Censorship officers watched the movie and responded that this is a very educational and inspiring film — the right movie to watch for this Independence Day Anniversary.

This moment is bigger than cinema.
It’s about a nation uniting.
It’s about refusing to pass down tribal violence and sorcery-related killings to the next generation.
It’s about hope for a better Papua New Guinea. 🇵🇬

Thank you to everyone who believes in this vision.
Plesman 2 is not just a film — it’s a voice for change.

Something new is coming… stay tuned! 👀✨

Before, ethnic fights were limited to remote rural areas… but now? They’ve reached the heart of our cities Port Moresby and Lae.

Our God-blessed country is bleeding not just from tribal conflicts, but from the dark shadow of sorcery-related violence.

How long will this continue? When will we open our eyes?

We are fighting among ourselves while the rest of the world is moving forward.
We are destroying our own future while our children watch in fear.
We are dividing our nation with hatred, while our ancestors dreamed of unity and peace.

Papua New Guinea was not built on violence — it was built on hope. On land. On culture. On unity.

Let’s not lose everything for pride, revenge, or blind belief.
The blood on our streets is not just from strangers it's from our own brothers and sisters.

Enough is enough.
We must end this cycle for our children, for our future, for our nation.

Thank you everyone for your feedback on the onion post.
Let me be clear — this post was never just about onions. 🍽️

It’s about something bigger.
If we, as local business owners, truly want to compete with foreign-owned businesses, we must be competitive — especially in pricing.

Think about it:
Supermarkets pay for staff wages, transport, freight, electricity, water, rent, and many other overhead costs — yet they still manage to sell cheaper.
So why are local sellers charging more with fewer expenses?

The answer is mindset.
We must focus on selling more quantity at a fair price — not trying to make big profit from one item.
Lower markup, higher volume = better and sustainable business.

This is not just about the market.
This applies to any business you do — retail, wholesale, agriculture, tourism, anything.

👉 This is what real “Take Back PNG” looks like.
Not just ownership — but wisdom, fairness, and long-term vision.

This same onion is selling for K3.20 at a foreign-owned supermarket…

But at our local market, it's being sold for K5.00 😳

Now ask yourself 👇
As a low-income earner, where would you buy from?

From the foreign supermarket? Or support the local seller charging you more?

Be honest — who will you buy from?
