REMOVE HIS/HER UNIFORM WITH ONE SIMPLE FORM - HR MATTERS👮🚨✅
There is a form at the courthouses called "Form 124 - Human Rights Enforcement Application Form".

This simple form can remove the uniforms for any CS & police officer.

If an officer swears at you saying "yu kaikai kann", that simple form can cost his/her job‼️ This is for anybody - not just police and CS officers. 🇵🇬

This form can be picked up at the National Court reception for free. It's a one page form printed back2back. Fill that up and go file it at the National Court counter. Your family members can file it on your behalf if you're in custody. The Clerk will stamp it, file it and list you on the next call-over, mention or hearing.

Example of your statement;
"Your Honour, long date 1st November 2025 lo Lakimata Haus Kalabus, displa woda, Kopul Mahn, i bin tok nogutim mi na tok" kaikai kxn blo mama blo yu". Long ai blo ol narapla kalabus na ol woda, mi bin pilim bikpla sem taim ol laf lo mi na bel blo mi i wari nogut tru. Mi tingim how ba mi kaikai samting blo mama tru we i karim mi lo en? Displa toktok i bin bagarapim bel blo mi na nau yet, mi no stap wantaim gutpla tingting. Mi bin ting olsem em ba toktok gut lo mi na bai stretim mi ya nogat, em bagarapim mi. You won't need a lawyer for this. Just tell the judge the facts. Present it with confidence even in Tok Pisin or Motu. ⚖️ The judge will guide you through.

Get a witness to testify and that's it ✌️ Taim kot or defendant askim yu lo stretim "out of court settlement", yu mas tok nogat. Tokim judge, mi laikim kain ol corrupt officers lo pinis lo wok. Period! You'll have it ⚖️✅

Follow the courts' directions and show up during your sessions. You won't go wrong ✌️✅ Many officers have been dismissed from simple statements like this already.

Wardens and police officers are not allowed to swear at, rob, scam or assault anyone - not even prisoners or remandees at police cells ‼️🙄 Section 37 of the constitution protects everyone, including prisoners! ✌️ There are rules of engagement that they have to follow when implementing their duties and they shouldn't deviate from them. ⚖️🙏✅

We have been complacent enough thinking that swearing, verbal insults and physical assaults are normal, when they're not‼️🙄

Many officers have been dismissed from the force already just by this simple form - Form 124.

Passing of Hon. Solan Mirisim.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Hon. Solan Mirisim, a distinguished leader and long-serving Member of the National Parliament of Papua New Guinea. He passed away early this morning at Port Moresby International Hospital after a brief illness.

Hon. Mirisim represented the Telefomin District in West Sepik Province and served the nation with unwavering dedication for over a decade. First elected to Parliament in 2012, he was re-elected for multiple terms and held several key ministerial portfolios, including Minister for Forests and most recently Minister for Works and Highways under the Marape Government.

Throughout his career, Hon. Mirisim championed infrastructure development and connectivity projects that transformed rural communities. Under his leadership, the Connect PNG Program advanced major national highways and missing link roads, improving access for millions of Papua New Guineans. He was also instrumental in delivering landmark projects such as the country’s longest footbridge at Papa-Lealea, and he played a pivotal role in forestry reforms promoting downstream processing and sustainable.

Born and raised in Telefomin, Hon. Mirisim completed his education locally before earning a Certificate in Business Management from Lae Business College. Prior to entering politics, he was a successful businessman and community advocate.

His passing is a profound loss to Papua New Guinea. Hon. Mirisim will be remembered for his vision, leadership, and tireless efforts to improve the lives of his people.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, colleagues, and the people of Telefomin during this time of mourning.

Three more people have been arrested and charged for the alleged corruption and misappropriation of over K1.7 million belonging to the PNG Sports Foundation (PNGSF).

In a statement signed and issued today by Acting Chairman of the Independent commission Against Corruption (ICAC), Thomas Eluh, the ICAC executed multiple search warrants at various locations in Papua New Guinea, including the PNGSF, and secured documentary and electronic evidence relevant to the investigation.
