Subject: Request for Support for Community Door-to-Door Waste Collection Services
Dear Hon. Richard Masere,
Greetings.
My name is Mr. Baiki Guni, and I am writing as one of the frontline workers providing door-to-door rubbish collection services throughout Popondetta Urban Open Electorate. Together with my team, we work tirelessly to keep our communities clean, healthy, and safe by collecting and removing household waste every day.
As you can see from our current operation, we are serving the people despite having very limited resources. We continue to carry out this important work even when there is little or no financial support because we understand that a clean town benefits everyone.
However, our biggest challenge is the lack of a proper garbage truck. The truck we currently use is old and in need of repairs. We humbly request your assistance in one of the following ways:
Support us with a dedicated garbage truck for community waste collection; or
Assist us in purchasing a new tailboard and necessary repairs for our existing truck so we can continue serving the people effectively.
This service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing door-to-door rubbish removal to residents who depend on us. Without this service, rubbish would accumulate in communities, creating environmental and health concerns.
Honourable Sir, we respectfully ask for your support to help strengthen this community initiative. Your assistance will directly benefit the people of Popondetta and contribute to a cleaner and healthier Oro Province.
