Healing Turmeric Tonic Recipe

The Morning Tonic That Feels Like a Warm Hug for Your Immune System!

Ingredients:

✓ ½ tbsp grated turmeric
✓ ½ tbsp grated ginger
✓ 3 tbsp lemon juice
✓ A pinch of ground black pepper

1 cup warm water

How to Make:
Warm 1 cup of water — not boiling, just comfortably hot.

Add turmeric, ginger, and black pepper. Stir well.
Let it sit for 2–3 mins.
Mix in lemon juice and sip slowly.
