Recognising the need for accessible mental health support in Papua New Guinea, Dorothy Lamin Koch founded Community First PNG to provide free, confidential counselling for people facing difficult challenges. Through her commitment to listening, supporting and walking alongside others in their darkest moments, she has become a source of hope for many individuals and families across the country.

Today, Dorothy continues to provide counselling, outreach and practical support, helping people find hope, healing and the confidence to move forward.
