We are proud to announce the public launch of our newly refurbished website.

The upgraded platform, which was internally launched during the Employee Engagement Conference in July, includes several new features aimed at improving the online experience:

• A smart AI chatbot for real-time assistance
• Interactive superannuation calculators
• Educational videos to support superannuation literacy and awareness
• A refreshed layout for easier navigation across devices

General Manager – IT & Innovations, Arua Taravatu, led the internal rollout of the website, while Chief Finance Officer Debbie Oli introduced the new superannuation calculators to support member retirement planning.

Chief Executive Officer, Rajeev Sharma, said the website reflects Nasfund’s commitment to improving service delivery through innovation, backed by strong governance and a focus on building trust.

“As a fund, we are focused on being transparent, reliable, and easy to engage with. This upgraded platform helps us meet those standards for our members and employers,” Sharma said.
