Celebrating 50 Years of Independence

As we celebrate half a century of independence, I reflect on the journey of our beloved Papua New Guinea. It hasn't always been the smoothest ride, and we've faced many challenges along the way, but through it all, we've grown stronger and more resilient.

Instead of focusing on complaints, let's focus on action. Let's be grateful for the blessings we have and work together to build an even brighter future. This land remains home, and I am incredibly proud to be a Papua New Guinean. Our spirit, our culture, and our unity have carried us through, and I believe that the best is yet to come.

If it wasn't for Salesian educators and Bosconians like Mr George and Mrs Sheryl Isaimo and their discipline, encouragement and dedication, many boys like myself wouldn't have reached our potential.
