The Cast and Director of ‘For My Father’ share a look into the set of the show.
Ziggy Yominao, the Director of the play mentions, “We didn’t want to adhere to people’s norms. We wanted to tell a Papua New Guinean story, which was done by Papua New Guineans, for Papua New Guineans to resonate with”.

It was an honor for us to be able to sit down with the actors and minds behind this incredible show, which delves into the intricacies behind the Papua New Guinean cultural practice of a ‘hauskrai’ (gathering hosted by immediate family of deceased).
