When giving up isnβt an option
And we canβt afford to fail.
Because letβs face it, many of us do not have the luxury of generational wealth and parentβs money to back us up. We donβt have a safety net when we give up, quit, fail or fall. No one is coming to save us.
We are it!
Weβre on our own.
We work our jobs or work on our businesses and we give it our all and some more.
Weβre responsible for the ecosystems we build around us. We stop, nothing moves. We quit, everyone goes hungry. We give up, we all fall.
That is the reality with many of us.
So we keep at it. We put on our big girl (boy) growth mindset, we innovate, and persevere.
Ofcourse failure is a natural part of learning, we get that. We arenβt saying we wonβt fail. But if we fail, we fail forward. We learn from those lessons, we adapt, be creative and innovative in finding alternatives and solutions. Basically, pushing through despite the challenges.
But we also find the balance.
We rest if we have to but we must never give up. We canβt. Itβs not an option.
So hereβs to a growth mindset for 2026. Embrace those risks, use the lessons, be resilient but responsible, learn and adapt.
