💚 A Heartfelt Thank You From Digital Stoa
Before anything else, I want to sincerely thank the 26 amazing people who have chosen to follow Digital Stoa since I created this page just over a month ago.
To some, 26 followers may seem like a small number. To me, it's 26 people who believed in a vision. Twenty-six people who took a moment to listen, learn, support, and join this journey. Your support has encouraged me to keep showing up, keep learning, and keep sharing.
I created Digital Stoa with a simple dream—to build something of my own while helping other women discover opportunities to learn, grow, and earn online.
As a single mother, a working woman, and someone balancing work, home responsibilities, and raising a child, I understand what it feels like to have your time, energy, and finances stretched from every direction. Yet I also understand the desire for something more—something you can call your own, something that creates opportunities, freedom, and choices.
The infographic below highlights an important reality: the world is changing rapidly. AI, automation, and digital technology are creating opportunities that didn't exist a few years ago. But those without access to these skills and tools risk being left behind economically, socially, and even politically.
This matters because many women are still carrying burdens they shouldn't have to carry alone.
Some are financially dependent on others and feel trapped.
Some are working long hours just to survive.
Some are students worried about school fees, transport money, and daily expenses.
Some are mothers trying to create a better future for their children.
And many are simply searching for a way forward.
Tomorrow marks the halfway point of the year.
Pause for a moment and reflect on the past five months.
Have you moved closer to the life you want?
Have you learned a new skill?
Have you created a new income stream?
Have you invested in yourself?
If not, don't be discouraged. You still have six months left to change the story of your year.
Digital Stoa was created to educate, empower, and expose women—especially women at the grassroots level—to the opportunities available in today's digital economy. Not overnight wealth. Not unrealistic promises. Just practical knowledge, digital skills, and opportunities that can help create a better future.
