"A Call to Action to Sponsor our Youths to Attend the upcoming ENB Youth Mindset Transformation Program."

This is a big call to the provincial government, the 4 districts, our members of Parliament, churches, businesses houses in the province, civil groups and parents to work alongside the organisers of the upcoming training program to see that our youths enroll for the program by sponsoring our youths in the communities to attend. It is an opportunity that our youths cannot miss.

If we are really concerned about changing the province, your support and contribution through sponsoring our youths for the program will have a huge impact.

"A Call to Action to Sponsor our Youths to Attend the upcoming ENB Youth Mindset Transformation Program."

We have been always complaining about the behaviour of our youths in the province running amok causing problems everywhere. Increase in armed hold ups, fightings, drug abuse and dangerous behaviors in the communities. This does not reflect our culture as people of East New Britain Province who are peace loving. We can never change our youths because discipline is also lacking in the family unit.

While we can talk about beefing up police operations and other interventions, we will continue to face the problems as the attitudes and behaviors of our youths have been engrained in their minds to act as such.

The only solution to change our youths is to change how they think and percieve themselves as a unique valuable member who can change to contribute back to their personal growth and that of the community.

The upcoming ENB Youth Mindset Transformation Program is one such program that we can have our youths to sit in so they change the way they think. The program not only teaches about fundamental life principles but incorporates spiritual teachings from the Bible. The program will see mentors from the community give testimony of their transformation journey as a testament to change. It would be an interactive session where participants will be encouraged to share their life experiences with everyone.the point is, If we can change the way our youths think, and percieve life in the most positive manner, we can drastically change our communities to become a more safer and conducive environment to live and thrive on.

"A Call to Action for Sponsorships to our Youths to sit for the ENB Youth Mindset Transformation Program"

For far too long, we have lamented the behavior of our youth in East New Britain Province. The rising incidents of armed hold-ups, fights, drug abuse, and other dangerous actions are an alarming trend, one that does not reflect the true spirit of our province. We are a peace-loving people, grounded in a rich cultural heritage that values community, respect, and harmony. Yet, the actions of our youth are pulling us away from these values.

The issue goes beyond mere law enforcement. While efforts to increase police presence and operations can help manage these problems, they will never fully address the root cause. The attitudes and behaviors we see today have been ingrained in the minds of our young people. Discipline, starting from the family unit, has weakened over time. Without strong family structures and community guidance, our youth are left vulnerable to negative influences, leading to the rise in antisocial behaviors.

It is time to accept that the solution lies in addressing the mindset of our youth. We cannot expect to change their actions without first changing how they think about themselves and their role in society. The key to transformation is helping them see themselves as valuable, unique individuals who can contribute not just to their personal growth, but to the overall wellbeing of the community.

One powerful initiative aiming to achieve this is the upcoming ENB Youth Mindset Transformation Program. This program is designed to reshape the way our youth think, empowering them to adopt positive values and attitudes. By integrating fundamental life principles with spiritual teachings from the Bible, the program offers a holistic approach to transformation. It is more than just a lecture series; it is an interactive platform where participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences and learn from each other. Community mentors will also share their own stories of personal transformation, offering living proof that change is possible.

This is not just a program, but a lifeline for our troubled youth. It presents a unique opportunity for them to break free from the destructive patterns they have fallen into, and it is one that they cannot afford to miss. However, to make this program successful, it requires the support of everyone—our provincial government, district leaders, members of Parliament, churches, businesses, and civil society organizations. Together, we must work to encourage and provide an opportunity for our young people to participate by coming on board and sponsoring them to sit for the program.

If we are serious about addressing the challenges facing our communities, we must invest in the minds of our youth. By changing how they think and how they perceive life, we can transform not just individuals, but entire communities. A positive mindset leads to positive actions, and through this, we can create a safer, more thriving environment for all.

In the end, the message is simple: if we change the way we think, we can change the world around us. Let us seize this opportunity to bring real change to East New Britain Province by sponsoring our youths in the communities to participate in this powerful life changing program.
