Every election season, as we approach the final stretch—the last three corners of Snake Road, up the hill, and down to the Aroma Coast—have we truly considered the next person, or are we still driven by foolish loyalty? The truth is, many suffer today because we’ve accepted bribes before and during elections. With this season now turning its corners, will we find ourselves at the same spot again, telling the same old story that begs for rice, money, and tosisi? The time has come to reflect on our choices and break the cycle that holds our communities back.

In a statement released this evening, the Leader of the Opposition, Douglas Tomuriesa confirmed six Ministers namely:
1. Robert Naguri
2. Don Polye
3. Rainbo Paita
4. Isi Henry Leonard
5. Muguwa Dilu
6. Dr Kobby Bomareo
Have moved from the Government side to the Opposition.
Meanwhile the Prime minister in yet another statement reaffirmed he will not resign from his position amidst the political shifts.
